If the purchaser desires to return a purchased product, the purchaser must return the product to BCR Medical in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged, except for Product that was received in a damaged condition or as otherwise authorised by BCR Medical, which Product may be returned in its existing condition. BCR Medical will not accept the return of a non-defective and conforming product if the purchaser breaks the security seal on the Product.
BCR Medical will accept the return of any Product under any of the following circumstances:
- a) BCR Medical shipped the Product in error;
- b) Purchaser received the Product after the Product’s expiration date;
- c) Purchaser received the Product in a damaged condition; or
- d) The Product is recalled and must be removed from the market.
The product must be returned within 30 Business Days from the date the purchaser receives the product or within 30 Business Days from the date that BCR Medical receives notice of a recall, if applicable.
Upon receipt of a properly returned Product, BCR Medical will apply a full credit to Purchaser’s account or provide a replacement. Purchaser is advised that the Product returned without authorisation, will not be accepted and will be returned to Purchaser at Purchaser’s expense.
